After receiving your booking request, we will register you as a participant in the event and confirm the event fee or, if requested, create a formal offer.
A confirmation email will follow as soon as the minimum number of participants is reached.
A minimum number of 6 participants per event is required.
You will receive an invoice for the event fee after the event with payment due within 2 weeks.
If you would like to use one of our shuttle services, please note this in the comments.
For a group, simply send a list of the participants with their complete contact details as a file attachment.
Cancellation fees after confirmed booking
Up to 4 weeks before the event starts: 0%
Up to 2 weeks before the event starts: 50%
Up to 1 week before the event starts: 75%
Cancellation on the day of arrival or non-arrival: 100%
